Electric Blue 16 (1984)
Wraparound story involves Tammy (Colleen Brennan), who runs the hottest bar in town where tips are encouraged and clothing is optional for the cocktail girls. Several other erotic vignettes, a French adult cartoon, nude wife home video submissions and more are wedged in between.
