The Orgasm Counselor (2004)

Sexual dysfunction isn’t something you should be ashamed of… It might just need a little coaching to fix. Enter the Orgasm Counselors, an elite group of scientifically trained, sexual educators who operate out of a Skype-like video conferencing center in Tokyo. Can’t keep your jizz in long enough to consummate that budding romance? No problem; after one remote video session with the Orgasm Counselor you’ll be bonking like a pro.
